I use shadow integration therapy for healing and self-discovery. Together we'll recognize and acknowledge overlooked self-parts. This journey explores hidden mind areas and buried emotions, creating a safe space for wholeness and self-acceptance. This is for you if you're experiencing breaks in your body. Through Cymatic and Somatic therapies, we focus on specific areas of the mind, body, and soul to unravel Energetic knots. This work aligns your body with its healing connection, offered as hands-on or hands-off. Feel free to ask questions. The best approach is personalized.

Art Therapy.
This service complements the regular vibe check session, providing art supplies to manifest emotions that guide or divert us from our Design. Colors will intentionally reflect meaning, and clients choose the subject matter. Visual reminders carry the weight of remembrance—who we are, our journey, and who we're becoming.

We'll meet at your property to survey the situation. Discussing the energetic "difference" can be sensitive. What you're experiencing is manageable, and can be influenced simply by room shapes that may funnel energy in unusual ways. If you’re moving into a new space, we can also address welcoming or dismissing existing energies.

My work as an Intuitive Consultant (someone who communes with the unseen) and Energy Healer spans 20 years. I combine ancient wisdom with modern methods in my practice. Through my experiences and training, I've learned that true healing ignites the core of a person's being. I specialize in energy healing, intuitive guidance, and rituals, focusing on holistic self-care. My aim is to address the root causes of imbalance, helping align mind, body, and spirit for better well-being. Ultimately, I want individuals to gain greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.
